Alloy design

The Centre for Computational Thermodynamics (CCT) runs jointly by KTH and Swerea KIMAB. Fundamental operations are carried out at KTH and applied research at Swerea KIMAB. Shared control, joint seminars and close interaction between different teams reinforce unique Swedish leading-edge competence within this field. The thermodynamic
computations are used with great success in areas such as alloy and process development.
