Mecanical testing

Crash testing
Useful in determining for example the energy adsorption of joints during crash load or fl aw properties of materials during high speed loading.
Max velocity of 72 km/h. Max load 30 kN.

Torsional testing
Control your torsional testing either by angle or torque.
Max angle range 20°. Max torque range 3200 Nm.

Contact fatigue
Examine the resistance to wear of materials exposed to fretting and galling. Very useful for evaluation of e.g. car burizing and induction hardening steels. Max load 2 kN.

Fatigue in controlled atmosphere
Expose your material to cyclic load and temperature in a controlled corrosive atmosphere. Temperature interval of -40 to +250 °C. Max load 100 kN.

Other methods
- Classic fatigue testing 3-point and 4-point bending
- Rotating bending
