Fault analysis of soldered seams

Swerea KIMAB offers fault analyses of metallic materials that are used in the electronics industry, above all of soldered seams.

We are well equipped for various types of analyses, such as chemical and metallographic examinations, and have broad experience of the metallic materials in electronics. We have worked with examination of the relationship between microstructure and reliability in seams for many years.
